1. Doll house / Architecture

I want to make a 2 - 4 bedroom doll house, that is 2 stories high and decorate it with carpet and maybe some furniture. I want to do this because I want to be an architect when i’m older. So I need to design, plan and build this project.

  2.   Monkey Sanctuary

I would like to design a sanctuary for monkeys that would keep them safe, healthy and keep them active. It would have to have trees and some entertainment. I will need to research about monkeys and their basic needs.

  3.   Gymnastics

I would either make a video about gym and make up routine. I  could also find out about some interesting facts about gym and search up things about the gym in the Olympics.

  4.   Floating City

I want to design a city with rules and rulers. I would have shops and houses, plus public fistiltes.  My city could be imaginary or real, but it would still be like a basic town and operate like one. It would be my very own kingdom.

  5.   More Horse Facts

I want to find out more about horses.  I would make drawing of a horse and name body parts and write some facts on the sides, on a A3 paper.   

How can I design and build a two story doll house?
I want to make a 2 - 4 bedroom doll house, that is 2 stories high and decorate it with carpet and maybe some furniture.  I want to do this because I want to be an architect when i’m older.  So I need to design, plan and build this project.
I am going to make a two story doll house and carpert it.  It will be made out of wood and have doors and windows, ( this windows will have no glass ).
The bottom will be 42 cm and 20 cm, the walls will be 30 cm, both ways.I will not have glass in the windows, just window holes.  For the carpet I will use a spare carpet mat that is not being used, plus half of the carpet has already been used.
The front of the house will have hinges and the hole front will open and swing on the hinges.  I can also get tips from my Aunt because she has build 2 story houses that have about 10 room’s and one has a drawbridge and a small basement as the dungeons.

WEEK 6

Well now I have cut the front of my doll house out and painted the front in white paint.
( Oh and I'm doing the number one idea ).

WEEK 7
The next thing I have done is decorate the front of my dollhouse in koru designs, a rainbow and a  heart with an arrow through it, in black marker.  Then I put clear thickening paint on the front! 

WEEK 9
Today I painted the back, 2 sides and the bottom of my dollhouse.  My friend, Pia ,helped me paint the 2 sides.  Their a pretty white and I'm almost done with this project.

WEEK 10
Last week of genius hour and now I have painted all the walls and roof, so I can put it together!
